During the week guests will also be able to enjoy yoga with Kate Gardener. Kate is an established teacher on the Island teaching both studio and private classes. Kate's style is warm and friendly, teaching a mix of styles of yoga from gentle flow to chilled restorative yoga. Tailoring the style she teaches to the energy of her class, Kate's mantra is to inspire inner transformation with love and this comes through in her teachings.
