<<<--- YOGA & SACRED RITUALS RETREAT IN TARIFA --->>>
---<>><<>--- October 27th - November 3rd 2018 ---<>><<>---
Reconnect your Soul to the forces of nature and light up your yoga practice!
All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner, in celebration. - Hopi Elders
In our busy, modern lives, it’s easy to loose the intimate connection we all have with the sacredness of Mother Nature. We may feel disconnected, tired, uninspired. We may not hear the whispers of our Soul, calling us to come home.
Ancient traditions had clearly understood the power of rituals in reinforcing habits to create happiness and positivity and changing the way we see and create reality. Rituals provide us with a sense of sacredness in life and facilitate our connection to the infinite by projecting meaning onto an existence that can sometimes seem random, chaotic or insignificant.
****** Who is this retreat for ******
This retreat is for conscious yogis, ready to bring their physical practice into a more emotional, energetic and spiritual dimension, to engage fully with life.
****** What you will experience ******
This retreat has been intricately and purposefully designed to inspire you towards co-creating your own reality with the universe through the power of pure intention, thought, word and positive action.
The program is focused on rediscovering your connection with the spiritual heart of nature, understanding and feeling the depth of the elements and creating space for new alignment.
With deep respect and reverence for the ancient teachings and elders that we are blessed to receive from, we share some of the most beautiful ancient rituals which work as facilitators in the communication with Sacred Spirit. You experience yourself and the world around you more fully and create the potential to love more deeply.
We guide you to tap into your most connected and creative state and transform your practice into millions of conscious moments of yoga living within each day.
****** About the program ******
The daily program is designed so you can completely immerse into this experience, surrounded by the most suitable nurturing environment: Mother nature!
Each day we start with a theme-based invigorating Vinyasa Flow Yoga practise which is linked to a creative afternoon workshop. Each element will be explored through daily rituals, practices and personal ceremony.
This retreat’s healing journey includes:
- Asana practice
- Transformative Breathwork
- Cacao Ceremony
- 2 Nutritional workshops
- Fire ceremony
- Medicine song circle
- 5rhythms movement meditation
- Sound Exploration
- Hike and Despacho.
We make sure to leave empty space in our program for your body and mind to rest. The free hours can be spent on the nearby beaches, relaxing at one of the pools or in the spacious gardens, recharging with a massage or booking a private coaching session. During our week we leave one half day free, enabling you to enjoy longer excursions and experience local Andalusian dinner in one of the numerous Tapas bars.
****** Who are your guides ******
Silvia brings to the retreat a wonderful creativity with a unique exploration of movement and the opportunity for an ecstatic letting-go.
Silvia has been an enthusiastic practitioner of all forms of Yoga. Her healing work started as a Craniosacral Physiotherapist and certified Tantra and Ashtanga Yoga teacher in 1997. Inspired by many different cultures and Shamanic traditions, but most of all, the intelligence of nature, she aims to awaken each person's awareness in a non-dogmatic way. Her Vinyasa classes are grounded in therapeutic movement laced with modern approaches to alignment such as Anusara and Sridaiva.
With an ability to transmit with openness and curiosity, Silvia’s inspirational teaching style incorporates both the physical and mystical aspects of the practice of yoga. Creative fluid sequences bring variety and energy into each class, stimulate self enquiry and intuition. Silvia’s tantric approach invites you to experience all aspects of your being; to enjoy, taste and savour every part of existence. Her main aim is to empower you to step outside social conditioning, to unleash your imagination and realize your full potential in life.
